I bought coins 10/17 for the Wednesday special at $19.99 for 350 bingo coins, 10000 coins and power ups. No coins have shown up. I go to look at my bank account and Apple purchase and yup, I was charged but not just for the 19.99 they charged me 24.99 for no reason, I made only the one purchase. I go back try to purchase and it tells me a purchase was already made and will be restored, hours later still not added back, and still pissed at the extra money charged to my bank account |

I have made purchases before on Bingo Drive, but never have I been treated so unfairly on this and until several days ago. I had just made a purchase for more blue chips and I was playing on my desktop using Windows 10 and using Microsoft Edge. Well. Minister connection was interrupted and I had to reconnect several time as I tried to pick my cards for the game, which did not start playing yet! But every time I reconnected they (the techs for the game), took my icons and the high level that I had reached in the game room! When they stopped disconnecting me I had only 24 blue chips and only five minutes before I had purchased 100 blue chips. I feel the only reason they do these things to me is that my life true shows that I am a Muslim woman. I have been called towel head and other names by other players in the chat rooms and never do a tech support player who is supposed to monitor the game respond to those comments made to me! I had really enjoyed the game but it became no more fun when you cannot play the game fairly like everyone e else. You need to have a meeting with your techs and explain to them to keep their personal feels about people out of your game, and to treat everyone the same, not just those who look like you and come from the same race group as you. |
