I have gone into the game this morning to collect daily bonus and to send gifts but there is a big square offering tickets and power ups,I’ve tried to take this off the screen but there is no X to remove it thus I can’t get in to send and collect,can you help me with this please

The green book to enter the cards and eggs I earned will not download. I keep get getting a failure message. Can you fix it? There seems no point in playing the game when you cannot collect any of the awards you earned.
