Family help points

What can you do with help points that you get for helping family members? Can they be converted to anything? 

The goal is to build, as a team, the value of the weekly Treasure Chest. In order to win the Treasure Chest contents you must earn 250 family shield points. These are the ones with the letter 'F' on them. Those can be earned in one of three ways. One is by using the help points for helping others with tickets or power ups. (These don't cost anything to help, so why not??). The second way is gift a card to another family member. That earns 5 points. However, the BEST way to earn the Family Shield points is to completed the 3 daily "tasks". If you can do this 3 or 4 times during the week, you can easily hit the 250 Family Points to earn the Treasure Chest contents. the Treasure Chest contents increase according to the combine number of Family Shield points earned during the week among the team, so an active team can max out the Treasure Chest and make it very worthwhile.

TIP: I like to use the Red Gems to complete the first daily task if it looks difficult. This allows you move on to the second daily task immediately and adds about 15 Family Shield points to the running total. The Treasure Chest contains more red gems, so it's easy to replace 5 or ten in the course of winning the Chest.  Good luck!
