Hi

Two days ago (GMT morning of 10th july) I'd purchased 55 blue tokens to go towards playing the epic level in red riding hood quest. Upon starting the game the balls were being called but for some reason I couldn't click on the balls. I had to exit the game because i physically couldn't play. I lost 63 tokens, including the 55 I'd paid £4.99 for. I've emailed numerous times about being reimbursed what I'm owed, especially the ones I paid for! 

Regardless of the countless glitches with missing rewards, loss of tokens, I absolutely love this game. It's just a shame that it's taken so long for you to get back to me ESPECIALLY when money has been involved. It doesnt matter about the amount of money, it could be 5p or £5k. It's the principal.

Theres less than two days left before the red riding hood challenge ends. If I'm not reimbursed what I'm owed I'll loose the tokens completely.
