my red fising boat is not showing up on my farm, I have reposted it more then a few times, but no action has ever been taken to fix this problem. what can I do?

contacted help botton and reported it three times, and nothing has been done yet. Still no red boat! :( :(

I completed the second time on Carnival Color Corner and my final ponts was 6614, however I did not receive my reward of the Baby Lyngen Horse. Please let me know where I can get it. Thanks

My mud pig wallow is not working I can't get my rewards have fed many oigs and should have been able to collect many times over please free it up so that I can click and collect from this point forward without any problems

My mud pig wallow worked 2 times now when I click on it I don't get my rewards please fix again and make it a permanent fix. It's ready to be harvested. Please and thank you
