Hi Ghosties, we have chosen the most interesting (in opinion) questions weve received and now you can read the answers! And this is only the first part, the second one will be published next week! You asked Are there female devs or are you all males? Are you all Russian? Do you work in an office or from home? How many days does it take to create a normal quest? And how long for an event? Do the designers and programmers have to do a trail run before a quest is released? How many of you work on creating the stories? Do you work in team or on your own? We answer A rather big team of professionals is working on the game - game designers who come up with exciting stories and put them together from little pieces, - artists who are responsible for the visual part of the game, creating wonderful decorations and animations; - programmers who invent and release new features in the game; - QA specialists who check all quests and do their best so that all the adventures reach the players without errors and glitches; - tech support team which is the first line of help for your tech problems; - community team which tell you about game news; - team of moderators who help you with all the quests and questions you have. It takes from two weeks up to a month for an idea to turn into a complete story. This is how it happens - an interesting situation is selected and a script is created; - decorations are created and animated; - at the same time locations are assembled and quest tasks are created according to the script; - then the quest is sent to a thorough check. And after all this it is released for all of you. There is almost an equal amount of male and female specialists in company, we are a multinational but a very friendly team, even though a part of it sees each other in the office every day and the other part is based in different other cities.
