Giza Solitaire is a modified version of Pyramid Solitaire where all the cards are dealt out at the beginning of the game. Like in Pyramid Solitaire you are trying to pair up cards that have a total value of 13 to remove them from play. Pairs like this include Queen and Ace, Jack and 2, 10 and 3. You can also remove a King by itself.
