Any way to select game version for the gifts? All links open the FB version of the game and that will not load (proly due to ads and trackers)

You have to use facebook version game also, only then you can claim these rewards.

I do not like how the armor that you had to grind for just disappears when you "promote" the character. Some of that armor you had to grind to get. Then there is the VIP issue. There is zero explanation as to what that means, yet lots of ways for them to grab your money. Please the statics of this game!

Be careful not to accept any EXP from the Daily Quests. It shoots your Team level up, but you cannot keep your heroes to the same level unless you spend large amounts of $s. I felt the need to warn you, people, so I did it, else is on you!

If you require assistance from Support, don't bother. You get an automated reply advising you to review the FAQs and contact them if that is not helpful. When I replied, I received the same automated message. The Desktop version is far superior. So I would like the support team to be a little attentive!

Arena battles ridiculous, you're matched with teams you can't beat instead of teams your same power! Tower, missions, and challenges mostly unfair, they mostly exist to show that if you don't buy their "overpriced" skins, you die! SO UNFAIR!

Great game, although I was enticed to play by puzzles and you do 2 at the beginning and never again (they added more puzzles would still like more). Fortunately, I liked the game. Kinda deceitful! Even the picture I'm seeing here with a character directing the flow of a fluid. That's a puzzle, again, deceiving! Make you think you’re going to play puzzles, and then you don't. I would appreciate more transparency.

It takes up a lot of storage for a game that cannot be played offline, like others. There are glitches in multiple places most annoyingly in transition lags, animation, guild logs, journals, and chat. Fix the basic foundation features, please!

Nothing like the adverts they show. The main game is uninteresting and pointless. The complicated story introduces too many characters too quickly and makes you lose interest very quickly. The battles themselves are all the same. The mini-games are the only fun part. Not worth the download. Don't be fooled- this game is nothing like what it says in the advertisement.

This game requires a lot of investments - even if developers are telling differently. Very limited puzzles, if you want to be competitive - you need to pay. The best example - the last Winterfest season event - even if you do all quests as a non-payer, you are not getting the main prize. I fully understand the need to earn money, but you should have some possibilities also for those playing without it.

They use the ad to get your interest, they make the first thing you do the same thing the ad shows to make you think that's what the game is, then they switch to their actual game which isn't anything like the advert. You have people auto fight for you and a terribly written, boring, cliché story. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It's simply too vague! You try to go back to the game; it forces you to go back to the city. But if you click somewhere to spend your money, it forces you to buy it. Smart shoot guys! But instead of forcing me to look at the useless cartoons, excite me or give me a damn tutorial to lead me to the excitement, before draining my soul. Thanks!
