It say I have 6 collections but can't claim

Hi,

I want to know what I need to do to receive more diamond gems.  

I also cannot place my detective ID in any of the related games.  I have tried to insert it but I always get a message stating that my ID has already been entered (which I haven't) and all of the IDs are different from each other.

Existe-t-il un autre continent après ceux d'Amérique, d'Europe et d'Asie ?

Je suis arrivé au niveau 100.Je suis arrivé au niveau 5 de chaque scène. Sauf pour les 3 suivantes ; Las Vegas, Outback Australien et Chambre forte de la Mystery Society. Dans le tableau de gauche (quête), j'ai rendu toutes les collections demandées mais il ne me reste plus qu'à utiliser les indices, aimant tactile et booster tornade que je n'ai pas. Pour poursuivre le jeu, faut-il les avoir utiliser et dans ce cas, comment les obtenir ?

How do you get to travel to Asia? I'm on level 30  but it isn't allowing me to go. 

Wie kann ich weitere Städte in Asien freischalten. Habe alle Sammlungen für Asien und es geht nicht weiter. In Asien habe ich Tokio, Shanghai und den austr. Busch. Ich habe alle anderen Städte schon gefühlte 1000 mal gespielt und ich komme einfach nicht weiter, kann mir jemand helfen.? Vielen Dank . Ich kann auch kein Profil eingeben, geht das beim Tablet nicht?
