MY Mahjong trails game constantly freezes on my iPad!  I am on level 168 and don't want to lose anything.  Please help!

I'm on level 435 Esplanade - seriously how do they expect you to clear all tiles in 4m 50 sec?? When I run out of time I have over 150 matches left. That is not fun!
