You do not have to worry for hearts in Board Defenders, you simple need to follow time cheat steps correctly to get lives, Now you will have unlimited retries you can walk through each level easily and prepare yourself the second time.

Steps:

Turn off internet
Close Your Board Defenders Game
Go to settings and change your device time to few hours ahead.
Open Board Defenders Game and your hearts will be five again.

You can do above steps repeatedly to get lives in instant.
