Completed the orginal card packs.  How do you get new ones ?

When a teammate gives me a gift of a bubble bomb, I claim it but then I never get them included in my collection. Is this what happens or am I supposed to get them somehow?  thanks

Hello, I have not been playing this game long, the past 10 levels or so always come up easy. How can I get the hard levels back? Thanks, Sue
