Need help passing lvl 711

It keeps telling me to harvest my Cherry tree but every time I try it says ......oops error and makes me hit ok.  I've never been able to collect any of the cherries.

Hi its saying I have a error on my charm king can't connect to fb to save progress and I'm high level 

Bring back the daily challenges and map. Pay attention to what your customers want, or you won't have customers. I hate the latest update. They've taken away the most fun aspects of the game. Can't even go back to previous levels where you used to be able to earn boosters.

Poor design. And even poor customer service. I contacted support at different times and they send a canned response we are looking into this. They didn’t respond anymore. I would just improve your listening skills and fix those fregging lags.

I'm giving this game 3 stars because it has a good storyline, but once you reach the 40s levels each level is increasingly difficult. If the game had not offered unlimited lives, I would have run out of them by now and been forced to quit the game for several hours. I don't recommend playing this game unless you can afford to sink lots of money into it. Just make it budget-friendly.

There need to be 5 or more extra moves in each level to give people a fighting chance. After playing the same level 100 times and not passing, it gets boring. Also, 99% of levels above 2000 make you break into or out of an area to get to the play pieces. Not fun anymore.

It is a fun game. You just have to match the charms and use the free boosters you get at the beginning of the game. Once you pass the level on the first try, you earn free boosters and more scrolls and cherries. I love that stories are considered treasures in this game. I recommend this game to play!

It's similar to another match-three game but brings its own unique twist to it. There's so much to win, even gold which is uncommon with other games. If you're low on boosts, gold, or need unlimited lives you can play different stories and win prizes as you go. Highly recommended!

The very positive points of this game are the story and their limited very cute animation. Since there is always room for improvement I want the developers to take the game seriously. Thank you.

I have not been able to claim prizes for the tournament as it can never connect to the server. Also, there are problems with the latest update. Please fix it!

There's nothing relaxing about it. It takes forever to load. When you win you get no charms unless you buy them. It locks up and when you reset you lose your position. The only way you get anywhere, you have to buy something and even then you lose until you use all your charms them they want you to buy a package.

This game keeps freezing I spend more time in and out losing all my freebies. COME ON PEOPLE FIX THIS GAME.

I've gone from level 7700+  to level 1 even though I'm connected to fb.

After each level it says cannot connect to server please try later.

I can't even play Pirate Plunder

I have played this game for a long time...the story line with scrolls is ridiculous..waste of time...just give more rewards another way...also disappointed in purchasing options. Needs updating
