• Use special moves  Every character has a few special moves that can help you gain an edge in battle. Make sure to use them when needed to turn the tide of battle.
 
• Try to outsmart your opponent  Your opponent will also have access to their special moves, so try to anticipate what they will do in order to stay one step ahead.
 
• Make use of power-ups  Power-ups are scattered throughout each arena, and can give you a much needed boost in a difficult fight. Make sure to pick them up when you can.
 
• Pay attention to your energy  Your energy will deplete as you use your special moves and other abilities, so make sure to keep an eye on it in order to avoid being caught off-guard.

• Use the environment  Each arena contains various obstacles that can be used to maneuver around your opponent and gain an advantage. Make sure to take advantage of them.
 
• Use combos  Combos can be used to quickly take out your opponent's health. Make sure to practice in order to pull them off effectively.
 
• Be aware of your opponent's location  Knowing where your opponent is at all times is key to staying one step ahead of them. Make sure to keep an eye on the map to know where they are.
 
• Change up your strategies  Your opponent will quickly adapt to your strategies if you keep using the same ones over and over again. Make sure to mix things up to keep them on their toes.
