Worst service!  A lot of bugs are present!  And when we top up we wait 5 min to get the reward but when we click anywhere unknowingly we won't get the reward and payments get canceled. I mean at least add a cancel payment option please for our convenience.

It's a really good game but there's a problem, the problem is there's even no peak and shoot buttons! I quite like this game even though it does not have very high-class graphics and it lags sometimes. But please add a shoot button that works fine and without any lag. It is very important for a game like this.

I think the matchmaking system is worse in this game for the clash squad BERMUDA or KALAHARI not ranked matches we are only 3 teammates while the opponent has 4. My next problem is the ping problem as my ping is 382 but it says network connection error and I GOT AN AFK after 10-15 Minutes. ALTHOUGH THE GAME IS GREAT GAME NEED THIS IMPROVEMENT. ASAP!

I love this game very much! I have two problems that everything in free fire is with real money. I mean the diamonds are with real money, so no one goes and buys diamonds. The second problem is that all characters are with diamonds and diamonds are with real money. So please make free fire rid of this problem!

It is a really good game, I really like the heavy aim lock gameplay, and it's satisfying, the thing that I don’t like is that it’s really focusing on play to win, if possible make it pay for convincing (by making the not free characters obtainable if you play the game good enough or long enough or gets a certain achievement). This may get you more playtime and still get money by giving out characters and skins for money so the player willing to play money doesn’t need to put that much work into the game.

The best game I have ever played I am playing this game on a phone that has only 2GB RAM / 32 GB INTERNAL. So don't worry about your phone on this game. And one more thing it is such an addictive game. I liked it very much. So don't think that you have a small spec phone and you can't play this game. I would give it 5 stars for sure!  

This game is super. I enjoy this game and spent hours playing it. All the graphics, sounds, and music are awesome. The main thing that I like is that different characters have different types of skills which is dope. Only the problem is that it is having many bugs and glitches. Anyways this game is mind-blowing.

There are many events in the game that give us much in little effort. The game has regular updates and in every update, the game becomes better and better. It is so addictive that I play the game whenever I get time. As time is passing the game is adding more new characters. The game has very cool graphics and modes. Each mode is quite different from the others makes the game very interesting. Everything is excellent in this game.

It is just pure outright frustration. From the previous update, too many unnecessary things were added to the game and it lags like crazy. I've always play free-fire on my device and never had any problems but from the winter-land update, the ping gives problems, more lagging, glitches, cheaters and I can't enjoy the game anymore. I'm a competitive player and it’s very hard for me to tolerate all this.

This game is actually really fun with friends and by yourself sometimes, but it's annoying when you have people who have aim-bot and speed hacks. Like a mobile game with aim assist so people suck that bad still they have to have aim-bot to win, I have the battle pass and it's hard to do these challenges with people who cheat 24/7. I ask for you to ban those people and be more like PubG mobile, they aren't allowed to use controllers or cheats or they will be banned.
