Tips

  • Always practice your free throws.

  • If you're playing defense, stay between your opponent and the hoop.
  • Be aware of the clock and when it's time to start shooting.
  • Stay focused and don't give up!

  • Be vocal on the court and communicate with your teammates.
  • Be aware of your surroundings and know where the open players are.
  • Always have an escape plan when you are being pressured on defense.
  • Know when to pass and when to shoot.

  • Work on the fundamentals of basketball and practice them.
  • Always be aware of your team's defensive and offensive strategies.
  • Be aggressive on both offense and defense and attack the basket.
  • Be prepared for fast-breaks and always be ready to shoot.
  • Be unselfish and don't hog the ball.
