General Tips

  • Check the weather before you race. Some tracks are better suited to different weather conditions.
  • Be sure to set up your car properly before any race. This includes tuning and upgrading your vehicle to the best of your ability.
  • Know the track. Practice the track before the race to get a feel for it and to find shortcuts.
  • Utilize your car's special abilities. Different cars have different advantages and disadvantages, so be sure to use your car's best attributes to your advantage.

Racing Strategies

  • Stay in the middle of the pack. If you're in the top three or the back of the pack, you may be more likely to crash or get caught up in traffic.
  • Take the best line through each turn. Look for the quickest route around the track and practice it to get the most speed.
  • If possible, try to get a lead early. This will give you more time to react to any obstacles you may encounter.
  • Know when to use your nitro boost. Use it at the right times to get an edge over your opponents.
