Just started game and am at level 35, but game won't go any further.  Playing on pc

This is gonna sound pretty sad because I'm on level 350 to hell do I use those rewards at the bottom. I tap on it and a drop-down menu says what it is but I don't know how to add it to my game.

I am stuck on LEVEL 848.  Any suggestions, tips, ideas, recommendations, or cheat hacks to help me conquer this level?  I have just completed roughly 85 MISSION FAILED 's  and am about to uninstall this game for good.
