Creating a Game Plan

• Decide on the type of game you want to create. Is it a racing game? A first-person shooter? A puzzle game? A little bit of everything?
• Come up with a goal or objective that the player must accomplish in order to beat the game.
• Make a list of the objects, textures, and other elements that you will need to create your game.
• Create a timeline and set milestones to keep yourself on track.
• Test your game as you go, and make adjustments and tweaks as needed.

Using the Tools

• Start with basic shapes and use the Push/Pull tool to create more complex shapes.
• Use the Scale and Rotate tools to adjust your objects.
• Use the Extrude tool to create 3D objects from 2D shapes.
• Use the Follow Me tool to create complex shapes.
• Add textures to your objects with the Paint Bucket tool.
• Add lighting to your scene with the Lights and Shadows tool.
