Tips

Tricks

  • Use a bounce pass. If you have someone around to help you, use a bounce pass to get the ball up in the air. This will give you extra time to get ready for the dunk.
  • Practice your timing. Make sure you jump at the right time so you can get the most height and power for the dunk.
