I am a former fan of Sonic and I play every version of its game. With this version, my only complaint is that every time I beat the final boss (and I've played as all three characters) the game automatically quits. Yeah, my progress is still saved but it would have been nice to see the final cut scene and the end credits. Still worth 5 stars though!

This is game is the best Sonic 2 version out in the market. Also, the Controls are solid, like seriously, if you have a problem with them, just increase the size to maximum and the opacity to a minimum; it's easy to remember where the Controls are anyways. So have fun!

The reason why I like this one version of the Sonic game more than the genesis is that the draw distance for the special stages is better and you know when rings are coming compared to the genesis version. So quite a good one I would give it 4 stars for updating and new additions.

This is AMAZING; the controls respond pretty well, the frame rate is really good. Also, you can restart on the special stage and you can fly with Tails and airlift Sonic up into the air (You can do it by holding up and jumping twice). I just love it and am forwarding it to all my friends.

This is one of the best Sonic games I've ever played and honestly one of the most enjoyable games I've ever played. There's so much replayability. You get to restart the stage if you need to which is just so much more convenient. 

Brilliant game the best parts of it are the Special Stage is made easier with a larger field of view and it's harder to get crushed by those moving platforms in Chemical Plant. The only problem is that the game is littered with ads. But it's a great game for Classic Sonic Fans!

All right, so running this app first time offline, it said "Oh, you need an internet connection to play this", so I was like "Okay, I don't even know why you need it, but I'll do it." So then after the second run, it decided to show millions of pop-ups every time I click on something. After pausing during a game, even going to a special stage, or finishing a zone, IT POPS UP. That lagged my phone and the controls. 

Just a few things I don’t like about this game are. 1) The special stages seem too slippery. 2) Perhaps you could add more abilities (for example, maybe the drop dash? That would be very nice.) 3) Maybe just a few ads. Sure it's the free version, meaning it would have ads, but GEEZ! It doesn't need this many!

This version of the game upgrades the frame-rate and does so really well, but the problem with this version is the controls on the touch screen aren't that good on normal stages. The game works way better with a controller. Although the touch screen controls work really well in the special stages, something this version of the game improved on massively.

The extra features are tons of fun in this version, and the physic engine and improved special stages are spectacular. I did encounter one minor problem; defeating the final boss causes the game to crash, and the end credits do not play. If not for that minor glitch, I would rate this game a 5/5.
