You do not have to worry for hearts in Toon Blast, you simple need to follow time cheat steps correctly to get lives, and this will help you to clear hard levels easily.

Steps:

Turn off internet
Close Your Toon Blast Game
Go to settings and change your device time to few hours ahead.
Open Toon Blast Game and your hearts will be five again.

You can do above steps repeatedly to get lives in instant.
