Throwing Tips

  • Make sure your grip is secure and your palm is facing up as you throw.
  • Start with a short, low pass to get the feel of the disc.
  • Think of a pendulum motion when throwing, where your arm moves in a swinging motion.
  • Follow through with your arm and wrist to increase the power of your throw.
  • For a longer throw, use a forehand or backhand throw.

Catching Tips

  • Keep your eyes on the disc at all times.
  • Adjust your body position to catch the disc in the most comfortable position.
  • Cushion the disc with your hands to absorb the impact.
  • Be sure to use both hands when catching.
  • Try to catch the disc with your fingers rather than your palms.

Strategy Tips

  • Utilize short throws to get the disc up the field quickly.
  • Mix up your throws with backhand and forehand passes.
  • Look for the open player when receiving a pass.
  • Make smart decisions when throwing the disc.
  • Communicate with your teammates to create better offensive plays.

  • To fix error if any caused by time cheat you need to follow steps again to max your lives or Energy, exit game (before exit make sure your lives or energy is max otherwise repeat step.), go to settings and change date time to current. When You open game now everything is normal and fixed.
