Looking for some incentive to offer the clans to get high points in kingdom events.  A gift card, code to package, etc.  Does anyone do this and how can I buy a package as a reward to the high scorer?

They do not fix game issues like shields that drop, server issues, or boost issues. They do not listen to their players at all. They only care about money. As you can see by the standard reply below, it is much scripted. Customer service is personalized. So I hope they’ll realize their mistake in the future. And then I’ll install it again.

Fun strategy/war game. I have played many and this is in my top 2. It is still P2P if you want to keep up, but you can make a strong start for just a little bit of money in the beginning. If you're the patient type, it is still easy to be F2P as shields are easy to obtain and all war games are a marathon. So yeah I would surely recommend it. 

This is an international game. I am currently playing in a non-English-speaking clan. How are we supposed to communicate or understand what people are saying in kingdom chat? I like this game but until Plarium needs to add translators then I’ll give 5 stars to it.

You can progress by doing the daily tasks without buying packs. What is more important is; join a clan, upgrade buildings, gears, and gems, than knowledge and training. I love this game, I know it has few problems but it’s so much fun too!

The gameplay is very interesting because the updates are useful for keeping the content and the storylines fresh and entertaining. I love all of the little details that were put into the graphics- the visuals are stunning too.

You need to be willing to sell out a good $10 to $40 a month if you want to grow. I have played this game for about 5 years and spent over 500 dollars. And I am finally able to sustain attacks from opponents 10 times bigger than me, however, I did need to invest a lot of time and RSS killing invaders, upgrades, Aes, gems etc. Once you have your all gears, you'll have so much fun in here!

I absolutely loved this game at first but once I started to buy package deals I didn't receive over half of what was advertised. I am currently trying to get what I purchased or a refund. I am working with Google and the BBB because this company is nothing but scammers. Stay away from this game because if you ever need assistance you will not get it.

 This is a total waste of time. The newest content sucks and was/is very disappointing. The gear upgrades are a RIP off the percentages they claim are off by a lot. They refuse to even fix it.

This game is a cash cow for Plarium inc. They do not care about their customers and it really shows in their generic responses when issues are reported. I don’t feel like my attempts to report issues have even been looked at by a real person. A BIG NO FROM ME!

This game has far too many glitches and server logs. Had full sets of gear completely disappear after their recent update, and when I asked palladium about it I get the same response as everyone else with the same issues "we find no issues, the game is working as designed". This is so disrespectful for us customers. I am going to report them.
