how in the world can you go out first in 2 rounds and still loose the game, 1 of the games was only 2 rounds, besides playing 17 rounds and never getting a wild card seems a little wrong  just like

Out of them 17 rounds you get stuck with all your cards 7 times. Surely the computer don't do that.

Is there any way to stop players from timing out and letting the computer play their hand and the computer wins and the player gets credit.
