I want to know, is there a method to buy scrolls in scatter hold em?

The reason, I want the avatar I uploaded first, the dark haired one. The 2nd jpg upload is my current avatar, though I switch with other avatars I gained by trading scrolls. I bought several, and now that I found the "One", it is taking forever to gain 700 scrolls. 

Sometimes, when I put the scrolls I have toward that avatar, I am redurected to purchase game packages, made of chips, mainly.  I do not see what the offer is- for scrolls or which number on each layer indicate the amount of scrolls with each purchase
