Solution: To do friendly interactions with your friends, you and your friend (neighbor) must be in a same place (like at you / your neighbor home & at the beach) on the bottom, move your cursor to Seira’s avatar then select Visit / Ask Over. Click on Seira, and choose “Compliment”, “Chit Chat”, “Joke Around”, or “Hold Hand”
