How do i get supplies out of inventory to use fo rmyself and not to send to neighboursl.  Any help please,,  tThanks

These are not unavailable for you to use them, and yes, although they do come up if your neighbor has them in their wish list, depending on how many you have and if you wish to part with any, decides if you want to give to your neighbor.  Outside of that, these are there for your use! I have 1 chicken feed, I accidentally made one too many, when I go to feed my chickens i will simply click on the icon above the chicken and it will be fed this one. I have one Gazpacho I didn't end up using to fill an order but next order comes up needing one it will have it in it. Got it? Oh and like I have 118 rope, clueless as to why so many! Have had them forever it seems and still haven't figured out why I made so many nor had any use for this many so far, but when I need rope to fill my cargo in my boat to go on a quest or complete a building it will be come up "when needed."

I actually solved the problem of preventing inventory you didn't want used. You know that little boat we use to travel in?  I would use that boat to move inventory there if I knew that the item was coming up on the ship or if it kept coming up on the order board. Especially if I had been working long and hard trying to get a certain amount done for a certain challenge. It might not be the most efficient way but it works.
