how do I make sure to get to the 20th neighbor ?

Are you inviting other neighbors? If not:

• Click on the green "+Neighbors" button under the avatar of your neighbors. It's on the right side of the neighbor thumbnails.
• In the pop up box, be sure you're clicked on the "Search for Neighbors" tab
• Click on the "Invite" button on each of the 4 suggestions that pop up.

I think you can do this about every 15 minutes. Does this help?

how do I make sure to get to the 20th neighbor ? There is a month passed without another story, is the same everyday.

I have a question about Florin Island.  Does the island reset after disappearing or does it remember where you left off?  I'm confused about that.  

Where do I find the last Diamond cutter to complete the serpent and open the rest of the island at the bridge?
