I won yesterday and today also in ultimate queblux poker. But when I win huge chips it's always hang and I don't get chips. What is this. Please clear. 

My poker points earnedon the Vegas dream Poker site were deleted by explaining  that I played with two accounts at the same table.I've never had a 2nd account on the Vegas Dream Poker site.I want this wrong decision fixed and my poker points loaded.I opened another account because my poker score was deleted.but it was deleted from the points in my account.While I always complain about those who play teo accounts,it is very sad that the points in my accounts are deleted.I've been followed by people named Rose,CC Corina,Mani,Ronald who have been playing at the same table all the time.and a person named Rose has complained.These people are all friends on Facebook.But i've never played poker on your site with a 2 ncd account.Rose and CC corina are following me again.I can send you records if you want.

i have played ultimate qublix poker for years now im blocked says im minus over 9 quad i have not done anything wrong i an 72 years old i have sent facebook and qublix messages and no response from them can you help me please ty
