Having trouble for 4 days placing words on Word Tornado. Lost all my points because the game will not let drag a letter up to play. It's so annoying. I can never play a game.

How does one get the eraser to work - I click on it then what is supposed to happen?? Where do I get the blank tile I am supposed to get and how do I get it? Thank you.

Why can't I play the game. Said it is blocked

Every time I put a word down it won't let me 

Whoewver picks these letters is not doing it fair   i exchange my letters because i never get any vowels  and i still  get  no vowels.  Please be fair   when u distrubite letters.
