Recently there have been questions regarding recharge blocks on player's accounts. At times the player's ability to recharge may be blocked if one account is recharging on too many devices. This is done automatically for security reasons, i.e. if an account was stolen, it is done to prevent the owner's billing information from being used by someone else. This can easily be unblocked by contacting support and providing proof of ownership of account and devices.
