Hello Everyone, Happy Tuesday! -Recently we had a few reports that the Shop is stuck on loading on servers 114 and 118. This issue has now been fixed and if any players have seen more issues with the shop please report it to customer support here at wtm@gaea.zendesk.com -Regarding the duration of the Summer Event. There were many players asking if we could extend the event to 15 days. The team has responded saying "We previously temporarily extended event few times to help more players get more rewards for free, now event is back to its original length of 10-11 days." If you still would like the event to be extended back to 15 days let me know and I will talk to the game team about it more.

Hello Everyone! We have been receiving reports about players being unable to login to servers s101, s102, s104, s106 nd s110. It has been reported to the team and we are waiting on fixes. The login issues with sever 116 have been fixed as well. If you are experiencing login issues in other servers not listed above please contact customer support.

Earlier today, we received several reports for Server Error/Unable to connect. to Servers 89, 97, 103, 107. The issue has now been resolved. If you are a player on one of these servers and you are still experiencing login issues, please contact customer support. ... We are currently discussing with the game team about compensation for affected players and will let you know when get a response back from the teaming about compensation.
