Hello, humans! Lets talk about your game IDs. Each time you want to take part in a mini-game on this page, we ask you to copy and paste your game ID to send you the reward once its over. Or we ask for your game ID to take a closer look at your game and fix a glitch if necessary. HOW CAN YOU FIND MY ID? Game ID is a set of numbers and letters associated with your game state on a specific device. Tap the Cog button in the upper left corner to go to Settings. There you will se...e three tabs. Your game ID will be written at the top of the first tab. To the right of the ID, there is a copy button. Tap the copy icon, then tap the Player ID field of the entry form to paste your ID. Your ID helps us find your game and send you goodies or identify the problem and fix it if something goes wrong. I RE-INSTALLED THE GAME AND MY ID CHANGED. WHAT HAPPENED? Your game ID changes every time you install the game. This way we can work directly with the current version of the game with all its peculiarities caused by devices specs. It also means that you have different IDs on different devices. WHY DO I NEED FACEBOOK ID? You need Facebook ID to make sure that your game state will be preserved in case of an unfortunate event. If you lose your tablet or if your phone accidentally sets itself on fire, youll be able to continue your game. Youll need to install the game, play through the tutorial until you see the first task screen, log into your Facebook account, choose a save from cloud and voila! Your game magically restores itself! So make sure that you are logged into your Facebook account and keep your game ID somewhere close in case you need help. IS POSTING MY ID SAFE? Yes, it is. Your game ID can be used only by human devs. Your Facebook ID and your actual Facebook ID are two different things. Hello, friends! Do you plant trees? I think you should. Planting trees can be quite... fruitful! Trees not only produce fruits but also give collections in their last harvest. If you need gears, water, tree fertilizers, metal, Super-swords, and some unlocked Achievements, go for it! Let's use Cherry Trees as an example the last harvest gives 50 Super-swords. You need to plant 5 Cherry Trees to get 250 Super-swords, and it'll cost you a mere 25 zombucks. See where I'm going with it? If you have time and plenty of water, it's a considerably cheaper way to get Super-swords!

Place your Bangs wisely move the Bang till you are sure the items highlighted in black are the objects you want to cut. 1 Bang = 100 tools, so it will remove a total of 100 hits from all the objects nearby (it won't necessarily cut out a giant stone or tree completely).... You can find Bangs storage and shop at the bottom of your screen right near the other tools. Bangs can be used anywhere except the Big Land! Z. Chief, I got a new update today, but nothing changed. Whats up with that? We get this question every time we release tech updates, so I thought I should clarify the difference between content and tech versions. If you see a Zombie Castaways update that contains 2 numbers (ex. 1.11, or 2.23 or 3.37), it means the version offers new content. You can expect a timed location or a storyline update, or new buildings, plants, quests, etc. Game versions with 3 numbers (like... 4.11.1) only contain bug fixes and/or technical improvements. human devs try to make the gaming experience as smooth as possible for everyone across all the platforms on all the devices. So if the game asks you to update, again and again, its for a very important reason someone out there cant properly play Zombie Castaways, and the devs need the fix to reach them ASAP. When we release an update, we first offer it in stores for manual downloading. We monitor the feedback and statistics and only then make the update mandatory. Thats when the game takes you to the store the next time you open it. Now you know it all!
