Hi everyone. Here is a short update for a few other issues Password reset Some players of the web version haven't received a mail after resetting their password. We are working on a solution. In the meantime please make sure that you are using the correct email, wait at least 3 and check your Spam filter. If that still does not work pls contact us via FB Message or E-Mail.... Facebook Gameroom The game doesn't work for some users on Facebook Gameroom. We got some reports from players that deinstalling and reinstalling Gameroom fixed this issue. Player playing the game via Gamigo During a maintenance on Gamigo's side on Wednesday Gamigo has done some changes to their backend system that prevents Gamigo-Users to be able to login to the game. We are also working on a solution for this. As we posted yesterday, there are also still the issues that the web version (via Link ) is currently in English only and that no ingame purchases can be done there. To everyone who is stuck on the Flash error page and cannot load the game Some players were able to fix the problem by refreshing the page pressing CTRL and F5. How to fix the problem The game is not being displayed in Chrome Some of you might have noticed that the automatic update to Chrome 80 brought some changes which kept many players from playing Asterix & Friends via Chrome. Instead of the game an empty page is being displayed. We were able to locate the source of the problem and want to inform you on how to fix this issue 1. Visit chrome://flags/ -site-by-default-cookies... 2. In the line "SameSite by default cookies" (highlighted in yellow) click on the dropdown menu and set the value to "Disabled". 3. Restart Chrome to activate the new settings. Afterwards you should be able to play Asterix & Friends via Chrome again, as usual. Let's start with the bad news right at the beginning The Winter Event won't take place in the near future. But why? In order to bring back the Winter Event, an update for the Android and iOS apps is necessary. The Android update was already released some weeks ago, but the process of transferring the game to new development team and publisher keeps us from completing and releasing the iOS update. Attention Attention Dear Gauls! :) A new ANDROID update has been released, which will fix the following problems:... - The app will no longer automatically close when starting it for the first time after a fresh install - Users (especially Sony Xperia users) won't get stuck in the loading screen any longer* *In the case that a new village gets loaded after the install of the update, you can restore your old village with the help of the Facebook Connect option, IF you connected your village with Facebook before. In that case, please finish the tutorial with the new village and then use "Facebook Connect" which you can find in the options menu. If not, please contact Support and state the name of both your old village that you want to restore and the new village that is currently on your device. Please install the latest update from the Google Play Store as soon as possible. After the update, new players could experience the following problem When reaching level 8, you can build the boxing ring and a mini-tutorial will pop up. So far, so good. But if you use the "back button" of your mobile device while being in the "Select Defender Screen", it could happen that the game won't respond anymore. In this case, please restart the game and complete the mini-tutorial again. The fix for this problem will be released in the new year! We apologize for the inconveniences.

Attention Attention Dear Gauls! Some time has passed since announcement of the big Unity update.... We understand that you wish for a more active communication regarding this topic from team, but we think it doesn't make sense to communicate any updates regarding this matter unless we have concrete information for you. Therefore, today we want to give you an insight into work of the last weeks but also talk about what will happen regarding the big update and the seasonal events! Requirements from Google and Apple to apps are frequently updated, especially regarding the technical side. In order to meet these requirements, we had to apply extensive changes to the game code. The biggest blocker at the start was the iOS app - as long as we haven't implemented several technical updates, Apple won't approve new app version, and we need these updates in order to activate and deactivate the seasonal events like the winter event. (We want to bring back the events as soon as possible! You waited long enough for them.) Further on we were informed by Google about new Android requirements - with the 1st of December as a strict deadline. For that reason, dev team worked hard to meet these requirements. We had to update certain extensions in the code and even replace or rewrite them in some cases. Unfortunately, we have to admit, despite all the hard work, we couldn't keep the deadline. We still have to solve a few last problems, which is why the update will go live at the beginning of next week and not today as we had planned. As a result, payment issues may potentially occur in the Android version of the game from Sunday on, but rest assured, they won't occur for long! So, if you planned to buy Roman Helmets, we would highly recommend to do it before Sunday. Again This potential problem will only affect Android players! We apologize for any inconvenience! This update will be a purely technical one, so you won't notice any changes. At the same time, we continue working on the update for the iOS app to hopefully bring it live shortly after the Android version. These extensive operations will lay the foundation for the winter event, which we are still planning to start in December with some new quests for you! Since the last winter event dates back a few years, we're highly interested in your suggestions for improvement! Did you have enough time for the achievements? As many of you already noticed, there a big login and loading issues for the Facebook and web version of the game right now.... Especially the "big browsers" Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Edge are affected. If you use another browser, let us know if it works or not and which browser you use.
