WEEKLY UPDATE Psy Captains, Genetic City is beaming, and team is on FIRE! We are reporting you hot news & hopeful updates:... -The first wave of bans on MGG 11 banned following investigations and proven cheating. We won't disclose personal information (including names) of these accounts to avoid any harassment. However, some Psy Captains were concerned about how to get rid of the cheaters from their tag/friend list. With the inactivity of the banned accounts, these accounts will get deleted from your tag/friends' list in 9 -Suit up, 7th Anniversary Event is on its way ;) A little reminder as several Psy Captains were worried about sudden changes in their friends' list! About friends/tags list Long story short recent Facebook updates and new regulations since mid-June 2 Without prior notice from Facebook, unfortunately, we had no way to anticipate the extent of such modifications neither directly identify the origin of the latest issues encountered on MGG. The latest fix got most of the situation back under control by avoiding timeout and other technical risks. However, the drawback is that it cannot prevent Facebook to significantly "cut out" your friends/tags (the FB system counting them as "inactive users" after three months if they don't connect to the app). Thus, you might lose a lot of "old" friends/tags until Facebook changes their conditions again. We, at Celsius Online, are aware that this is far from ideal, but have no other choice but to comply with Facebook regulations :( recommendation in the meantime if you notice the disappearance of some of your friends/tags from your list but are aware they are still playing, you can reinvite them to "refresh your tag list" and get them back as your tag again! Bug fix The Galactic Fight Club was placed in the Challenge slot and not in the Experiment one. The issue has been fixed earlier this week, thanks to the early bug report and the Mars Challenge has been activated :)... - "Crash/Disconnect Bug" on the Mobile Application As this issue is affecting many of Psy Captains, this concern is top priority at the moment, and we're working on solving it.
