Possess Possesses the furthest enemy Hero with evil spirits, dealing XX% ATK DMG to the target every second and reduces their SPD by XX% and HP recovery by XX%. Also increases target's Active Skill cooldown and Rage cost by XX% and XX% respectively, and reduces Active Skill DMG by XX%. Possess lasts XXs. It cannot be dispelled, but can be transferred.... Divine Spectral Call Unleashes a Spectral Call for XXs, reducing the ATK of surrounding enemy Heroes in a large area by XX%, and leeching HP from them equal to XX% of Rath's ATK every XXs. While Spectral Call is active, Rath deals XX direct DMG (cannot be mitigated) to any enemy Hero who has a negative status dispelled and heals for the same amount.
