The Clockmaker is always up to something, which would stop you from saving Clocksville and Darkchester. Now he even appears on some levels to prevent you from winning. But how could you report any trouble with the game? Here's a short guide for you! Save it for a case of emergencies. Step 1 Open the game and visit the setting menu. It's located on the right side of the screen and has cogwheel icon. ... Step 2 Tap the "Support" button with the bug icon on it. Step 3 Choose whether you what or not to contact the support team in the appeared window. If you need to reach out, just tap the "Yes" button. Step 4 In the opened form describe the issue you faced in details. If possible, attach a screenshot or video with the problem. Please do not delete any generated text which will appear. Step 5 Send the message by tapping the "Send" button. After that you will get back to the game. Step 6 Check your email inbox for an automatic reply. If team received your report, you will get am email with your request number. If there's no such a reply, please check your spam, drafts or try to send a report again. Save your Clockmaker progress! It takes only 4 simple steps, but will help you to restore your game progress in case of emergencies. Step 1 Go to the game settings menu. For this tap the icon looking like cogwheel on right side. ... Step 2 Go to the Profile menu. Just tap on the correspondent button Step 3 Use Facebook profile to save your progress. If you haven't synced the game to your FB account yet, there will be Facebook among profile pics. Tap it to sync Clockmaker. Step 4 Log into your account. Enter your Facebook login and password. Please pay attention once you've logged in, you can't change the account. That's it! You're amazing! Now your game is synced, so, in case you change your device and want to play Clockmaker on it, just log into your Facebook. Once you've done this, your game progress will be transferred. Please note A. The progress can't be synced with the help of Google Play or Apple ID accounts. B. Some items can't be transferred. In case you're missing some of them, please contact support team. C. On the new device, you first need to unlock Stables building. Then you can connect to FB. Have you connected your game to your Facebook? Has it ever helped you?
