The reason we have you make tickets for these sort of issues is many different reasons 1. Helps us keep tabs on how many people are affected and show the game team how big of an issue it really is. 2. If there is a problem with the fix or compensation you already have a ticket made about the issue. 3. Helps the agents get a better ...understanding on the bug/ issue/ glitch if there are more tickets. 4. Give you compensation as sometimes they compensation is only given out to ticketers 5. To have the game team see there is an issue. So many people see a bug and are like, ""Well someone else will ticket."" But if everyone had that mentality nothing would get fixed as the game team will never know! You can always forward your ticket number to your community managers to look into it for you as well!
