Cross attack, plunders 20% DEF and S-DEF of all enemies for 1 round and then deals 225% S-ATK damage. It has a 50% chance to lock targets, a 50% chance to weaken them, or a 50% chance to confuse them. Each debuff effect will be determined independently, and last for 1 round.
