Recently there have been questions regarding recharge blocks on player's accounts. At times the player's ability to recharge may be blocked if one account is recharging on too many devices. This is done automatically for security reasons, i.e. if an account was stolen, it is done to prevent the owner's billing information from being used by someone else. This can easily be unblocked by contacting support and providing proof of ownership of account and devices. The matching for this event is random, therefore there will be times where newer servers are matched with ones that are much older than them. [Cross-server Battle is coming this Thursday!] Rules:The top-90 players according to server power are qualified, and are divided into three separate tournaments according to their rankings 1-30, 31-60, 61-90.Collectable gems will appear in the mine. Every full minute, some mine shafts burst and spread masses of gems.When a player is killed during battle, some of their gems will fall to the ground, any player can take possession of gems by killing players of the opposing party.The winning team is the one that snaps up the most gems.The design of the map for this gameplay has added more tactical depth while retaining passion for unadulterated combat, thus requiring more cooperation between players in the same party. Each team can also increase their winning chances by discussing battle strategies out of battle.The winning team can also share their rewards with the players of their server who did not qualify to join the battle. The fruits of victory will be shared by everyone!We believe this gameplay will bring players a brand new stimulation of the battle experience, and the required cooperation can help to cement the growing friendships between players.
