Pirates! Since the recent Facebook error, some players can't access their original game. Instead, a new game had began under a different account. Does it seem like your progress was reset?? We're here to help! Does it seem like your matey has stopped playing? Mention them below!... We will explain how everything will be restored, but please let us know that this is still what you experience. If you ever took a screenshot, or typed somewhere your game ID or your Invite Code, please include it in your comment. If you have no way to recover it, mention that, and instead include your current account's ID. Your Game ID(16 digits) can be found at the top of the Loading page(like in this image), or at the bottom of the Settings page. Your Invite Code(8 digits) and be found when you're going to invite new friends to play the game. To restore your game you need to connect your game with your Facebook account 1 Go to the Main Menu, 2 Tap the cog at the bottom to enter the Settings page, 3 And than tap the FACEBOOK CONNECT. But what if you already did this and it didn't work? This means that if did sync with a Facebook profile BUT not the correct one. Many players have a secondary FB profile, sometimes they even forget it ever existed. Your original game is synced to one of your FB profiles, either your main one or your secondary one. Simply log out from your current account on your FB app or in Link in your default browser on your device. *it is possible that your FB app, and FB on your browser are logged in with a different account each, and that might have been what caused this whole incident. Syncing Pirate Kings with the correct FB account will resolve it all.
