Try making this at home, we're sure you'll love it! Step-by-step instructions 1. Wash the flowers... 2. Mix sugar with water and put it on the stove. Stir and cook until sugar is completely melted 3. Add the dandelions to the syrup and cook, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes 4. 2-3 minutes before the syrup is ready, add the juice from half a lemon 5. Let it sit overnight at room temperature 6. Drain the mixture through a strainer 7. Cook on low heat for another 20 minutes 8. Let the honey cool and store it in clean jars
