The accelerations system has been updated! Please read the text below to learn how it works now. Don't forget to share this post to notify everyone in SuperCity!
1. Limits per player:
- You can help each player with 5 buildings a day.
2. Limits on a building:
- A friend can speed up a building only once.
- Accelerations need to be manually "collected". Before collecting, you can have 5 accelerations on each building max.
- One building can be sped up only 1 times a day (do not forget to collect accelerations!)
3. Limits of the city:
- Max 4 accelerations can be made in one city per day.
Example 1:
Today you have collected all 4 possible accelerations provided — next time your friends will be able to help you tomorrow.
Example 2:
Yesterday your friends had helped you 35 but you have not collected the accelerations — today your friends will be able to help you the other 5 (4 accelerations in total).
4. Limits on the collection:
- Accelerations must collected within 5 days, otherwise they will burn out.
Important!
You went to a friend's town to speed up their building. The acceleration limit is not exhausted — this is indicated by a watch icon over the buildings. However, the limit can be exhausted in the process of helping your friend, if at the same moment one of his other friends is quicker and they accelerate the building up to the limit. In this case, your acceleration is, unfortunately, burnt out.

Dear Mayors, the compensation for the friend list issue is in the game! If you entered 'SuperCity' from February, 25 to 15: February, 26 (UTC), enter the game now and get it! Link
If you still don't have ANY of your friends in the list, please refresh your game, click "OK" in the pop up window and ask your friends to do the same. This is the only way to solve the issue!
If you don't have SOME of your friends, please be patient the problem fixing takes time, and everything will be okay in about 12 hours.

Hey Mayors! It seems we have a little confusion here with Horticulturalist handbooks and Textbooks, which look quite similar. So, we've repainted the Horticulturalist handbooks check out the picture! Thank you for your feedback, we hope there will be no mess from now on :)
Btw, the Horticulturalist handbooks drop every time you collect profits from the Bookstore! Moreover, it's possible to get UP TO THREE handbooks at a time, so no random drops in these quests ;)
