SKETCH ARTIST CONTEST Attention, zombies! Sherlock needs your help identifying the culprit! He wants you to talk to the witnesses and come up with a composite portrait of the suspect. The problem is the witnesses feel overwhelmed and confused. They dont know if they can trust you. Win their trust solving one of the riddles Link The description you get depends on the puzzle. You need to solve only one of them, so if one of them doesnt work out for you,... just try another ;) Once you get the description, sketch the portrait using pencils, markers, markers, paints, etc. Using graphical editors is not prohibited. Just make sure you submit your own original work. Take a picture of your masterpiece and a card with your UID number on it. (Your UID number is written at the bottom of your game screen.) Zombies, important notice! In the coming update, the physics of the trees will be changed due to technical reasons. Nothing to worry about, though. Grab your bonus and read on Link What are the reasons?... We are preparing to switch Zombie Island from Flash technology to JavaScript. You might have heard that major Internet players like Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Mozilla are slowly phasing out Flash Player. Even the Flash developer, Adobe, is moving on from its own creation because of its technical limitations and serious security concerns. Were moving on too. As of now, Zombie Island is still using Flash, but the dev team is making certain technical changes to ensure a smooth transition from Flash to JavaScript. What exactly happens now? Were adjusting trees physics to make all of them grow the same way. All the fruit trees that now take 2x2 squares of the islands physical space will take 3x3 squares. The change will affect Cherry, Apple tree, Lemon, Tangerine. Eye Apple, Skullacado will grow as usual. This will improve game performance after the switch to JavaScript. What does it mean for you personally? Pretty much nothing. The garden planted before the update wont be affected; all the trees that youll buy after the update will take more space. The devs assured us that the changes wont have a negative effect on the gustatory quality of the fruits.

But heres a problem. Every new feature requires some serious debugging. And the older the game is, the harder the integration process. Zombie Island is an old-timer among the social games. CHEATERS BANNED Zombies, you might have noticed that some of your neighbors are now behind the bars. So heres all the info you need to know Bonus below ;)... Q My neighbor says he never cheated. Are you sure thats not some kind of mistake? A Yes, we are. The game flagged these people as cheaters because some of the actions registered in their games are simply not possible without a bot/script. After the players had been flagged, each case was double checked by TWO QA engineers. Trust us, each ban is legitimate. Q The ban message mentions the use of automatized tools prohibited by the rules of the game (bots/scripts). What are those exactly? A Bots and scripts interfere with steady work of the game client. It constituted as hacking of the game and/or making use of its functionality that is not provisioned in the game (to quote the game rules). Q Rules? What rules? A Oh come on! Dont tease us! The game rules are available right in the game header. Q What bots/scripts do? A They speed up the game bypassing its logic and programmed behavior. Were pretty sure everyone here had been robbed by a sailing thief at least once. How come they were so fast? They used bots. Q Will there be more bans? A Yes, it is quite possible.
