The bugfix is effective for all Oculys, including the ones already acquired. - About the OP Gold Chocolem (April's Cow Pack) for any Psy-Captain who got a bugged Chocolem from the Cow Pack, please kindly get in touch with us through the Helpdesk. We will take out the bugged Mutant and compensate you! In a few days and because they greatly unbalance the game, all the bugged Chocolems still in-game will be automatically removed with no compensation. At that point, using this bugged mutant will be considered a bug exploit. As there was quite a lot of things to share this week, we picked a recurring topic from your comments&suggestions to answer to! - On expanding the rooftop many Psy-Captains voiced their wish to expand the rooftop. Although we understand the nature of this request, it is currently hard to implement such a change, as it is correlated to the game's overall balance. At the moment, we'd rather focus on the development of a version of the game which does not use Flash before the end of the year so that the disappearance of Flash doesn't impact any Psy Captain! Now on questions & remarks from this week's comments pool! - About friends and gifts to friends in MGG Following your requests, weve looked into this particular issue that made gifting to friends complicated, laggy, or impossible at times. To this day, we have identified several -possibly linked- problems 1) Having a lot of friends (over 1 can cause the app to slow down substantially. In this case, we recommend Psy Captains to clear up their friends' list to get under a certain threshold. 2) From time to time, Psy Captains might not be able to send out gifts. These two main issues result from successive updates from Facebook, as theyve modified their system, the MGG gift feature has encountered compatibility issues. The Support team members have been collecting all relevant information in their bug reports to the Dev team for further examination. - Super Jackpot Display (this information is mainly for Psy Captains using FB) All winners arent displayed anonymously. However, if some winners do appear as "Anonymous", it can be for several reasons but it is tied to a non-recovery of the name data. It can happen in-game but also because the information is blocked by Facebook. WEEKLY UPDATE Psy Captains, Were addressing a few remarks picked up from your comments this week.... - About Olympians/Gods of Arena Many Psy Captains have expressed their excitement for Gods of the Arena in the comments and we're grateful for that! Due to technical issues weve experienced a few weeks ago, we had to take out the slot initially allocated to the Collection Swap Gods of the Arena. While fixing the Easter Event, we also reorganized Collection Swaps' schedule to make room for Gods of the Arena. Please do not worry, we havent forgotten. mighty Olympians will come in due time! :) - About rewards' display and the former "ladder display" We often receive requests about the new rewards' display in The Pit. Some of Psy Captains favored the previous display. Although we understand it might be counter-intuitive at first, the new display allows for more flexibility and diversity. For instance, we are now able to highly customize the arenas in the Pit, in terms of rewards placement, the number of fights -previously capped-, etc. The Pit doesnt offer fewer rewards than the former system. In the standard Challenge mode, Psy Captains can find a very similar experience to what they were used to, with rewards every 1 and a focus on acquiring Challenge Tokens. Rewards vary with special Missions and during Events. The two other modes, Experiment and Raid, deliver other rewards that Psy Captains might have been used to find elsewhere before the Pit update. To put it in a nutshell, since the Pit update, there are overall more rewards and more content than before. However, previous rewards have been redistributed in different places. Furthermore, the new reward display is more about showing a sample -the main rewards- of the rewards you will get in the arena. LATEST NEWS! Psy Captains, Its a sunny day in Genetic City! Here is the list of updates and bug fixes we managed to implement this week:... The Easter Event has been activated. Bugfix on the Cow Pack. Bunny Pack Mutant Swap Spada was delivered in lieu of Sir Bannog. Please send us a request ( Link ), so we can add you Sir Bannog :) Bugfix on the Lightspeed Experiment (Fight 39). Only Facebook players were concerned by this bug. Bugfix on the Amazonia Challenge missions (Fight 28). Only Facebook players were concerned by this bug. A few Psy Captains have been encountering issues with the Amazonia Challenge missions. For technical reasons, we had to fix this issue in two steps. 1)The issue has been solved for Psy Captains playing on Facebook. 2) Later on, and as soon the patch will be approved by Apple/Android, the issue will be solved for Psy Captains on the mobile app as well. In all cases, please do not worry as your missions (and Easter tokens) will be validated retroactively!! Of course, the Easter Event will be extended. All Psy Captains will have time to finish the ten missions and exchange their Easter tokens in the Exchange Office. Bugfix on the "invisible Easter Tokens" Easter Tokens were automatically given to the players after the bug fix on the Amazonia Challenge missions (for FB players) but were not displayed for some players. They are now visible. Now on game design and tech-talk! Tag System WEVE READ YOU AND WEVE HEARD YOU. Earlier this year and after the release of The Pit, we mentioned looking forward to improving the PVP. We didnt get into details then, but we already had the Tag System in mind as one of focal points. We're aware there is a lot to do about it and have a few ideas on how to better it. Its a critical question game design-wise and we know all Psy Captains are eager to see some tremendous development on part. Weve been thinking long and hard on how to redesign a coherent and satisfying Tag System but well only be able to make it in due time. We understand the frustration because were sharing the feeling too! With the announcement that Flash will disappear by the end of 2 we had to shift priorities from making PVP tweaks to ensuring the future of the game. After Flash Flash will not be supported anymore by the end of the year, on all browsers. As such, the team is doing its best to ensure MGG will keep running smoothly on Facebook, even after the disappearance of Flash. We hope you will understand this change of plans, we're all excited to improve PVP but thinking long-term is crucial for MGG. Well try to give you regular updates anyway.
