Based on your feedback, we have totally reworked the weapon physics and added unique features to every class.... In brief, the accuracy of automatic weapons no longer depends on the aiming mode, and this class provides the best mobility compared to the other weapon classes. On the contrary, shooting the handguns from the hip is now effective at close range only. To use a handgun at middle and long range, turn aiming mode on. Firing shotguns doesn't depend on aiming but the range is crucial. To use this class effectively, get as close to the opponent as possible. Energy and heavy weapons slow you down greatly but have max power. Accuracy barely depends on the aiming mode. We're happy to announce that we're approaching the release of Alien Shooter 2 - The Legend. Today we can disclose some details on the Multiplayer part of this project. Right after release you will be able to play in two-player DeathMatch. It will take place in special arenas related to the single-user campaign. Players will pick two weapons from those earned during single player missions. To diversify the gameplay we introduced special bonuses to improve character's health,... weapon power, and other parameters. Special icons will indicate every bonus picked. Also, player will see what bonus is used by the rival. You know that we have little experience in network game modes. We do hope that you evaluate first step in this way and tell us what you think. We wish to further develop the multiplayer part based on your impressions!

As we wrote before, we're not just porting Alien Shooter 2 to mobile platforms. We're adding many new features to make it even more absorbing. In fact, it will be a new, bigger game based on AS2. For example, the Gun Stand mode will become more diverse thanks to the ability to install different guns into the turret.

You might have guessed already that mobile Alien Shooter 2 will be released next year only. Let's hope it sees the light in spring 2018. While working on this release we read your comments and wishes, and we understood that just a simple port isn't enough. The game needs to be seriously reworked. Our work on the mobile version of Alien Shooter 2 goes on! Today we're letting everyone take part in creation of the future game. As you remember from the first announcement, the game will have plenty of weapons - several times more than the original PC version. Preliminarily all the weapons will be divided into several classes 1. Handguns ... 2. Automatic/machine guns 3. Weapons of mass destruction, including rocket launchers, grenade launchers etc. 4. Energy weapons laser, plasma guns and similar alien desctuction tools. 5. Special tactical weapons freezers, flamethrowers, poison shooting rifles etc. Attention! Every weapon has unique features. Now you can always find an improved version of your favorite gun. The time has come to reveal the first details on coming mobile project based on the well-known Alien Shooter 2. Skeptics please don't clutch your heads like "where's Alien Shooter 3, why work on old stuff?". We've already written why we don't work on AS3 right now ( Link ). As for Alien Shooter 2 for mobile we are getting numerous requests on that since the first day games appeared on mobile devices. We understand that simply replaying a favorite game..., even ported to a new platform, may ne a bit boring. That's why we decided to improve and expand it. We hope the mobile AS2 not only charms new players but also brings many pleasant surprises to those who has already played the legendary game on PC. So here we are - Totally reworked RPG system and deep character upgrading - from modifying unlimited ammo pistols to special (to be disclosed later). - Global map with ability of non-linear gameplay, including levels from original AS2 and add-ons with new levels and missions as well. - Lots of new NPCs, including weapon dealers, engineers, new story characters, and of course the old favorite ones - Kate, general Baker etc. Below are some screenshots from the current version. Of course we remember about Alien Shooter 3, and we urge to make it - and play it - as much as you do! :) But right now economic situation won't let us make AS3 in the proper way.
