I would like to thank server 1 especially to Pascal Brossard for enlightening me with how the tutoring works. The "Car Key" items are only needed if you intend to send your GROWING child to be "TAUGHT" by a tutor from the in-laws at SOCIAL. However the catch is you need to have at least 10 children married to that particular in-law's children. If an in-law send a child to be tutored by you all you need to do is assign a tutor to that child. Children while being tutored cann...ot be sent for test to mature into an adult until tutoring is finish or you recall your child. Hope this helps. -JM-
