You need to activate Hero Awakening Quest, there are three phases of this quest. First you need to clear stages of Hero Awakening (such as Devil Incarnate and Chiyou's Domain), when these stages are cleared, you can activate next phase. In phase 2, you need to clear specific Elite and Hell stages to collect materials and hero shards. When collecting is done, you are able to activate the final phase. Characters that are lower than 30 levels after server merges and have not logged in for more than 7 days will be deleted if they have never paid arb...itrarily.
