Empire Warriors TD officially has been shown on Google Play Store and App Store. You can only download the Free version from App Store but on the Google Play Store, we have 2 game versions which are the Free and the Premium. When downloading the Premium you will have: Hero Miria, 1500 gems, 300 crystals, 6 runes 4*, 50 VIP coins. The contents of these two versions are the same, nothing more or less. And you can't transfer your game data back and forth between these two versions. 2. I saw a Save and Load button in the game, what are they? Empire Warriors TD do have both manual save and auto-save function, but you only can activate these when you log in with Google Play Game account. Your progress won't be auto-save all the time, just in some part of the game such as in Crystal Mine, Event, Rune chest or after completing some maps. Both these functions required a stable internet connection. 3. Why does login so important? In order to play the Tournament, collect the crystals in Crystal Mine, participate in the in-game Events or make an in-app purchase, the game will require you to login firstly. Protecting your game process is also important and it needs to login to activate the save function. 4. How do I know about my login status? Tap on your name in the game, you will see under the Save and Load pop-up, your game ID. As long as you keep your login status, you can see your game ID. 5. I played the game before, how can I restore my data? First of all, you are not permitted to transfer your game data from one game version to another ( Free/ Premium) or from one platform to another (Android/ iOS) In order to restore your old progress, log in is a must! Use the same Gmail (Android users) or Facebook account (iOS users) as you used in the past to log in to the previous game version you played. When the login things are done, go to Load & Save and choose LOAD button. Tap on your name to see the Save & Load pop-up 6. How many times a day can I back up my progress? 3 times 7. I find out that I dind't log in and now I cannot? To fix the unwanted bugs and provide the new content, updation is necessary. If you're playing the newest version of the game and the game keeps asking for an update. Just restart it, everything will be back to normal. 9. My game didn't auto-update and now it has a huge distance with the latest version. What should I do now? In some cases, your game hasn't been updated frequently and now you can't see the UPDATE button in the store. Save your progress then reinstall the game! 10. The game said "An error occurred" and I can not enter the Tournament If you have been banned because of cheating or hacking you won't ever join the Tournament. If you are not a hacker and the game just simply cannot open the Tournament, try to change your name in the game then save your game data before joining again. Not exclude the possibility you're in the unconnected country to Google products (China, Russia, Cuba,...) try to use the VPN app. 11. When does the Tournament ranking update and send me rewards? Normally, after 7 days but you only can see the change on Monday. 12. Why does my title still not be promoted?' Make sure you are looking at the right ranking table. From Elite to Master: Only Elite of top 10 in SEASON ranking will be promoted when next season comes. Elite of GROUP ranking is not counted. From Master to King: In the SEASON ranking, ten highest Elites will be Masters and the highest Master among them will be King. 13. Why do I have a higher point but my rank is lower? The flag icon is presented for the calling waves early and the gold medal presents your ranking points. The ranking system prioritizes the calling waves early than the ranking points. Who has You can see there are some players whose ranking points higher but are stayed under some players who have lower points. Just look at the flag icon, they have more early waves. 14. The video ad buttons turn dark. I cannot watch more ads There is a limitation on the number of videos each day for every region. When the ad buttons turn dark, that means you have to wait for tomorrow to watch more ads. At the moment, you have run out of ads. 15. I try to watch the ad video but after the loading circle appears, the game doesn't show anything. Internet stable is required in this situation. Make sure your connection is good enough or change to another better connection. 16. My game crash after I hit the ad button If this crash only related to ad videos, that means you're using the ad-blocker or your Developer mode is on. Check your ad-blocker of any kind. Go to Device Setting - System - About phone -tap 7 times on the Build number - Turn off the Developer options. 17. After watching the ad video I didn't get any reward Each kind of ad video will require a certain time and action for viewers. But the game doesn't update my quest progress Empire Warriors TD has an auto-save and a manually save function. For anybody who plays the game with more than one device (emulator applications are also counted ) losing or messing data is an unavoidable problem. One of the consequences of this matter is that your quest is not counted or you have to accomplish the quest at least twice just because the game doesn't update exactly what you're changing. So, advice is playing one device only and don't forget to save the game manually at the end of the day. 22. I cannot see my summoning rune from Shop in my Gear section Some players tend to press the Reroll button instead of the Claim button. Make sure you didn't hit the wrong one. When pressing the Reroll button, an ad video will appear and your old rune will be replaced by a new one 23. I've done with building towers but the enemies don't come out The enemies won't come out until you're ready. So obviously you have to allow them by hitting the skull icon at the end of the path. 24. The game turns black and says Failed to load This error occurs when your device's memory is insufficient to run the game. Mobile devices have limited RAM storage, which can be reached at some point, but apps still have a tendency to crash if the situation is not handled. Therefore, you can free up some space by deleting unnecessary or unwanted applications or files from your device. 25. I uninstalled the Premium in the past but now I reinstall it, the game asks me to buy again Use your old email, which was used to download the game before, to login to Google Play Store then reinstall the game. 26.
